Harvey Corn is a 1970 Graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. He became a Certified Public Accountant in 1975 and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Austin Chapter of the TSCPA and the Institute of Business Appraisers. Harvey leads the firms' Litigation, Valuation and Mergers and Acquisitions practices.

Pamela Corn is a 1970 Graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. She was licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in 1983 and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Austin Chapter of the TSCPA. Pam leads the firms' Tax and Accounting practices.

Jeremy is a 2004 Graduate of the Metropolitan State College of Denver and earned his MBA at the Business School of the University of Colorado-Denver in 2006. He has extensive experience in the hospitality industry and has been an instructor of business, finance, and accounting. He has recently joined the firm as an associate providing support for the tax and accounting practice as well as the litigation, valuation, and mergers and acquisitions practice.

Amy has been with Corn & Corn as the Practice Manager since 2008. She is responsible for many administrative duties such as client relations, bookeeping and billing, document management and technology. In addition to Practice Management, Amy assists with tax engagements, as well as Litigation and Valuation support.
